We provide a good amount of paint in each pot, if for any reason your paint runs out, send us an email and we'll be happy to help you so you can finish your painting.

All our Painting by Numbers Kits include the following:

・Pre-Printed numbered 100% finely woven linen canvas.

・Numbered acrylic-based paint set, no need to mix the colors.

Almost all colors achieve great results with just one application, meanwhile, light colors need two applications to get perfect coverage.

The average time is about two to 7 days to complete the painting. It is worth mentioning that it depends on the design of our products you choose and the amount of time you have available to carry out this relaxing activity. It varies personally from each individual

We provide 3 different types of variants in each product. This all includes your Paint by numbers Kit. Here is what you will receive in each variant.

1. Only Canvas: Only your Paint by numbers kit. 

2. DIY: Paint by numbers kit + Do it yourself Wooden frame. You need to assemble it with this instructional video. DIY Frame

3. Stretched: Paint by numbers kit already stretched on a Wooden Frame. Ready to paint and hang. No need to assemble.

Because we use water-based acrylic paint, it will take approximately 5-10 minutes to dry, however, is depending on the amount of paint applied. You can use a hair dryer to speed up the process. 

Yes, we do. It is important to mention that we don't have any control over the estimated time for customs clearance or processing in different countries. The processes of analysis and identification of products in customs, vary by each government entity

Because our shipping providers have shipping dimension parameters, we must adjust the sizes of our packages to their requirements.
The canvases from size 40x50cm to the smallest, will come wrapped around a protection tube.
The canvases of size 40x50cm to the largest, will come folded inside a protection bag.

All of our paints and products are shipped from our China factory located in Shenzhen. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, we are completely demanding with the quality of the products we manufacture. Soon we will have a warehouse for our clients in the United States

First of all, we are very sorry for this situation if this will happen. In order to solve it as soon as possible, please send us an email to this link. Also, don't forget to send us photos as evidence so we can be able to resend the products immediately.

Once the order has been processed and shipped, the address cannot be changed by our fulfillment center. Instead, what you could do is contact your local shipping provider such as USPS, Canada Post or Royal Mail, so they can reroute your package and it can be sent to your desired address. Unfortunately we cannot make any change of addresses once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
